Our Directives Never be satisfied with quality improvement. Build upon ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, we continue to implement other quality improvements in order to bring the best quality and services to our customers and exceed their expectations.  We employ a variety of quality management programs. We believe in high quality training of our employees, so we may execute those programs and improve upon them. In addition to departmental self-evaluations, our Quality Control and Quality Assurance ensure only quality products are delivered. These departments are independent and under direct supervision of the Assistant General Manager. We utilize MIL-STD-105E international sampling standard for strict quality control. Also, we use numerous techniques and computer software to enhance the many aspects of our quality management. Our extensive use of professional measuring, testing and inspection equipment assures high level of quality. Quality Management Tools include the following:
Assembly Lines Our assembly lines are housed inside climate- and clean air-controlled room. This minimizes production variances during assembly. Combine our well-trained workers with strict quality control and assurance, we make certain only high quality products pass through our doors. We offer assembly services on multiple lines from simple aggregation of parts to complex mechanical assembly. We also have testing rooms dedicated to online and real-time quality control. This way, we can detect problems and stop propagating them immediately. Continuous improvement ensures we can meet and exceed customers’ increasing demand and expectations. |
